BEST works hard to get to know you, your goals, and aspirations. Once we know you, we work on your resume, interview skills and come up with a plan tailored to you to help with your job search.

We equip our clients with the right skills to be successful in finding and keeping work and our in-house Boot Camps and Workplace Resilience Workshops play a big part in helping us do this. 

After successfully gaining employment a BEST staff member will contact you regularly to make sure you have everything you need or to see if we can help you further.

Work Assist

Are you at risk of losing your job due to illness, injury or disability?

Through Work Assist, BEST can provide:

  • Face-to-face support
  • Advice about job redesign
  • Workplace assessments
  • Workplace modifications or special equipment

You may be eligible for work assist if you:

  • Have worked an average of 8 hours a week over the last 13 weeks
  • Are at risk of losing your job because of your illness, injury or disability
  • Aren’t already getting assistance from a Disability Employment Services Provider
